1.1. If you've paid for a plan and used little or none of it, contact us and we'll refund the unused portion — no interrogation, no fine print traps.
2.1. Under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital services like ours that you can start using immediately, that right ends once we begin performing the service with your express request and acknowledgment (Art. 16(m)) — which happens the moment your subscription activates and your quota becomes usable.
2.2. That said — see Section 3. We go beyond this legal minimum.
3.1. Regardless of the legal minimum in Section 2, if you request a refund, we calculate it proportionally: we keep the share of your payment corresponding to the hours of processing you've already used, and refund the rest.
3.2. Example. You pay for a monthly plan with a 100-hour quota. You use 10 hours, then request a refund. You've used 10% of your quota, so we refund 90% of what you paid.
3.3. Free (freemium) quota is not eligible for a cash refund, since it wasn't paid for.
3.4. Refunds are paid back the same way you paid — via Telegram Stars.
4.1. Open /support in the Telegram bot and send us a message, or email nikita.yadov@gmail.com with your Telegram username and the plan you'd like refunded.
4.2. We aim to process refund requests within a few business days.
4.3. Requesting and receiving a refund deactivates the associated subscription; you keep access to whatever plan (including freemium) remains applicable.
5.1. If auto-renewal charges you and you didn't intend to renew, contact us within a reasonable time — we'll treat it the same as any other refund request under Section 3, based on the new period's usage.
5.2. To avoid this happening again, turn off auto-renewal in /mysubscription at any time before your renewal date.
